My mother and I are currently in the middle of a personal loan at the Sparta property. We have initiated numerous loans through this facility with ease & 100% payback. Currently we are discouraged and frustrated with the timing process. Is the facility short staffed? Are loan officers hard to come by? Is this branch overwhelming thier loan officer? Communication has been utterly horrible, the one time smooth process has been prolonged over 2 weeks. Please look into this as we are contemplating full withdrawals from our savings & checking accounts. Barbara McManus
