Very helpful staff and community supportive credit union. For creating a new account I recommend setting an appointment in advance to avoiding waiting for an available banker. Sufficient parking. Two ATMs outside office. Three ATMs inside available during branch hours including one video ATM teller.

It ok when it comes to just starting off with own an account. When it comes to transferring funds into your account through today's apps it takes 2-3 days to go in the account which can be inconvenient when needing money immediately. The down side is gnat when it comes to transferring money from the account it is taken in seconds.

Recently my personal information was compromised, i went to my local branch in San Leandro and dealt with Alice the supervisor, she was patient, professional, and courteous, she informed me this once had happened to her and gave me tips on dealing with the credit bureaus and protecting my new credit information, i was very pleased with the results and appreciative for the help.

This Credit Union is full of it. I waited to hear back about an auto loan for over a week. I had to call them and ask what was going on. They came to my work Paramedics Plus promising the world and fell faaaaaarrrr from that. I called on a Saturday before 1000am only to be told to call back Monday morning. Felt shafted and not taken seriously.
