Unethical. Lure you in with a great offer, refuse to mention the interest rate in any doc's, just push you to sign, then treat you like an idiot when they finally disclose the figures. The interest rate you end up with is not the rate they advertise, and is complemented by a nice fat lump sum they tack onto your loan for payment to them. Edit: I see they try and disclaim bad reviews as not being customers, pretending that i'm a fake. I've uploaded a copy of my invoice to this review as well. I guess their record keeping is about as competent as they are.
