You've kept my money from me for days and days and im phoning no answer just ringing im hours from calling the police as after a week of not being able to access my money i feel as though im being robbed/scammed rather and these new card holders can't do nothing about ut shady if you ask me ill be changing shame as ive been with them years but the past month they have been n absolute mess leaving me today with no electricity as i cant access my money and my kids will be home from school in hours and use don't want to pick up your phones. Over a month use have used a technical problem! Then y hasn't it been fixed. Seriously something shady happening
