After many years of no communication from our contracted POS support dealer, I had us reassigned with AD Business Solutions and have been completely satisfied with their accessibility and readiness to assist in times of crisis. I've met personally with Sean and Caroleen at their NoHo location and found them easy to talk with and eager to help. I jokingly (yet humbly) referred to them as Keystroke "gods" for being able to relieve us from an extended POS-network nightmare, of which two other I.T. companies could not. It's been two years now that they've helped us expand and grow our retail system, and after having been so skeptical from dealings with "knowledgeable techs" prior to ADBS, I have assuredly not experienced any BS (only solutions) from these folks.
