I wouldn't even give 1 star if it were an option. Had a 1pm appoinment and my car did not get pulled in until 2:20pm. I arrived 10 minutes early out of respect for other peoples time and unfortunately that courtesy has not at all been returned. This lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. Once the service of wheel balancing, alignment, and oil change is complete I'll post another review. Thanks for wasting my time AAA.
