Horrible costumer service. Tried calling this branch 5 days in a row, was put on hold for over 40mins each time. Never got a hold of an actual person. Completely unacceptable.

Zita is grate. I love people with sense of humor. Everybody is very helpful. I am not expecting hugs and kisses in the office, I am expecting a superior customer service and, I am getting in the Raynham AAA Office. Good job!

Tried to call all day to save a trip and gas and no one would answer phone. Left on automated hold for?30 mins or more. Drove up wasted gas to find out they didnt have passes. Unacceptable that could not get through to a human to find out! Lousy service in Raynham!

Everyone treated me well.very professional.altho I didn't purchase car insurance from them.they are follow the leader.but triple a road side service with tow package is the best deal ever
