My work-place contracted " Arrington Accounting Services" and I am highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism Julie has demonstrated. I contacted her for a status on my two checks for December 2017 in early January 2018 and was ignored. A week later I finally heard from her, however, she had no empathy or solution and was indifferent, condescending, and, rude. Once my manager emailed her once more granting approval of the invoices I had submitted, per Julie's request, I still have not received my checks. She has not communicated with me or other employees that have found themselves in the same situation as me. She lacks skills in operating as an "owner". She has ignored my calls, voicemail and e-mails since then. It has been a month since I submitted one of my invoices and two weeks over the time limit of my second invoice. I still have not been paid both of my invoices for the month of December and I am also pending payment for an invoice submitted the month of January. Dealing with this accounting firm has been a nightmare!!! I do not recommend doing business with this accounting service. She does not care about her customers.

As a certified professional biller and coder I was hired by Julie to process full cycle billing and charge entry for medical claims that a pediatrician provider needed assistance with, who happened to be her client from the accounting side of her business. Julie discharged me with accusation of poor productivity. I noticed the provider was inaccurately up coding for higher reimbursement from health insurance payers. Using my billing/coding/auditing certification I was correcting claims to meet compliance standards. Within three weeks of employment Julie discharged me. In interview she promised full-time hours and bonuses for claims processed. Those promises were never followed through by Julie. She was very condescending to employees including myself. She is a scammer and just talks her way through deals with no follow through on meeting her word. So far she has refused to pay me my last paycheck. She has a hire turn over rate for her medical revenue side of the business but will state in interview that is the prior employees fault why A/R is in negative when really it is due to her unprofessionalism, firing people if they are not following her demands to wrongfully bill insurance claims fast enough so she can receive over thousand and thousand dollars reimbursement checks from insurance payers within a two week time frame. I do not recommend anyone work for her or become a client of hers. She job posts via indeed dot com and Glassdoor. She uses business names Integrated Medical Accounting (IMA) Solutions or Arrington Accounting.

A+++ - Julie made my life so much simpler since I met her. I don't know what I was thinking trying to prepare my own taxes for my business. I had better things to do with my time and she's been taking good care of us ever since. Cheers!
