Wane and Academy will make you believe they know what they are talking about but do yourselves a favor and run things by any other experienced mortgage team. You’ll be amazed how easy things get. Don’t expect this team to take it professionally when you fire them though - they’ll take it very personally when they are trying to rake you over the coals. Thanks god I avoided their poor lending practices.EDIT: as an update to this business responding - no i didn't close a mortgage with them because they are unethical and practice discriminatory lending. This mortgage company is lucky to not receive a formal complaint with the NMLS. I closed a mortgage with an ethical mortgage lender and am very happy to be in my home for over a year now .
