I worked Ryan and he lied to me from the start. He was the worst lender I have ever worked with he put me in a house I couldn't afford. He told me my house payment was going to be $1,975 the day before closing and at the closing table it was $2,402. He then told me that he would refinance me in 6 months, while that ever happened and now because of him I have to sell my house just after a year. My credit it ruined, we now have to rent somewhere. I also have a $5,000 deductible on house Insurance because of him not using my insurance that he missed placed and stuck me with his guy, Ryan Abrahamsson of Academy mortgage is the worst lender and I will never use that mortgage company again!!
