I chose Wendy based on these reviews which is why I had to come back and leave my own review once my loan and settlement were complete. Wendy is awesome! She was fun to work with but also so helpful and informative. She stressed to me from day one that she would put things into terms that I would understand and that she would be happy to go over the loan estimate of anything else we talked about multiple times until it made sense. And she did. We talked a lot! She put me at ease and I never worried about my loan. Wendy and Tish both made the loan process easy to understand, and when I still had questions, they were there to clear things up. Wendy took note of my busy work schedule and would call, text, and/or email depending on the time sensitivity of the next step in the loan process just to make sure we were all on the same page and not getting behind. She was also always available when I needed to call her with a question or concern - we talked during work hours, after work hours when she was at home, and even while she was on vacation! (Of course, I decided to put an offer on my house while both Wendy and my realtor were on vacation! Sorry guys!) Couldn't have asked for a better team as a first-time home buyer!
