Sam was the best decision I made regarding my home purchase. A process that was initially very intimidating to me quickly became easy to understand and manage. Sam was available 24/7 along every step of the way, making sure to put his customers first. He not only impressed me, but also my own realtor, the seller's broker, and my title lawyer. Sam's staff, Amy, Tracey, Kimberly, and Amanda are also very service-oriented and quick to help. I will continue to use Sam for any other home purchases in the future; I can't imagine using anyone else!
