I had been through 4 lenders who constantly dropped the ball on houses I wanted and confused me, tried to get me to get loans that did not fit me or my finances. Finally I met Joe Gracia, through my lender Kevin Crampton, who closed on my dream house in 4 weeks with holidays in the middle of them. He explained everything and every part of the process and the paperwork to me thoroughly and I felt confidant throughout the process. I've never been so pleased and taken care of and I couldn't thank him enough. I would highly recommend modern realty and Kevin Crampton to anyone looking for a house and a realtor who will fight tooth and nail for you, as well as Academy Mortgage and Joseph Gracia to anyone looking for a reliable lender who can make miracles happen as far as I'm concerned. I bought my first home with the help of Rick and Academy Mortgage. I know nothing about the process, so when the hiccups started, I was a little disappointed. Rick was helpful and knowledgeable. Because I've never bought a house before, I'm unsure if the hiccups could've been avoided or not.
