Everyone was great. Lisa and Jessica said they would be available for questions any time, and what was incredibly refreshing was that they actually were. It removed a lot of the stress and anxiety for my wife and I, and we will definitely be using Academy Mortgage in the future. Though buying another house will hopefully be far, far in the future for us. :)

Lisa was very helpful in the process of purchasing our first home. She answered all of our questions with clear and detailed answers, so we were never lost or confused along the way. She is very friendly and will spend as much time with you as is needed.

For a very busy office I was happily surprised that when I asked a question, either Lisa or one of her staff responded very quickly. Her and her team did an amazing job getting my loan together, including gathering all the necessary information needed to complete the loan process. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend Lisa to any of my friends looking to finance or refinance a home.
