Best Achieva location ever! Devin is so helpful and accommodating. Always answers all my questions and takes care of the whole family! Even when we move I will still travel to this location just for the amazing staff.

Ok so I love Achieva , but the mobile deposit has been very faulty the last month. It will show check has processed but not show up in your balance

This credit union needs to 'up its game. Coffee and hot chocolate do not make up for not being competitive in its rates for loans, etc. with other credit unions especially. The online postings are not done in 'real time' much of the time. At times it is actually 2-3 days later when the entries show up so the balance is known. Why use online service then! This is not acceptable.

They steal your money right out of your account and smugly say you agreed to the fine print when you opened your account. No I didn't! They changed my account over to some over draft scam that I never agreed to.

Been with Acheiva for awhile now and . no issues until now my daughter opened an account and issue after issue with pin on card to atm pin and deposits. The phone app also is unavailable alot and doesn ot seem they have a process in place for their systems.

Left Wells Fargo for Achieva. Do Keep a CLOSE EYE on your monthly statements & add some money, $1, in savings account/s every FEW months or they will stick you with a $10 "Inactive Fee" per month! If there is no "activity" of adding or taking out $ during a 6 mo period, they graciously hit you with a $10 fee. Nobody I know does this. They will claim they tried to "get in touch with you" but their records indicate they never made an effort! They just sneak it in without telling you! Banks are always pulling something on you! Also, the ATM is often inop.

Not happy with Achieva at all. I applied on-line to open an account with them and I got a credit check from them - when I did not apply for a credit card at all - and then was told that I don't meet the requirements to open a checking account. Since when does a credit union check your credit to open a checking account? Very Disappointed!

Greeter told me to take a seat and wait. Then stepped out for a second and i came back and I was asked to write my name down after waiting a long time. It should've been done at the beginning.
