STAY AWAY! TIME WASTERS! I called up them a month ago to sign up for ACH processing, but no one ever picks up my call. Their business phone straight goes to Voicemail. After a few weeks, they had replied to my inquiry and scheduled call to discuss our needs. We told them what we need in ACH processing, How we are processing now. We received pricing and quote, and it looked good. We agreed with their quote and moved to fill their LENGTHY APPLICATION. This application has asked a lot of private and personal details. I trusted them and signed everything then handed them over to Nate who was working for this company. After a couple of days, They started underwriting process and asked Business Audits. Of course, we also provided it. Then they had a problem regarding my Experian Credit Freeze. They wanted to call my number to complete verification. I gave them time, but they never called, However; they claim that they had called me several times but when I check my phone call records, no single call ever come from any United States phone. When I provided them with phone logs, they stopped answering emails. I suspect they are the real fraud, not me but they call me fraud without any due diligence. Let’s assume that my phone went into Voicemail but they should leave me a voicemail but they did not. The funny thing is that Actum Processing's Business Telephone is straight goes voicemail. You can’t reach human there. They are not a professional company. I deserve an apology for the time they wasted.
