I have been with ACU for a number of years, I always take out, around, 2 loans a year,one for christmas and one mid year. Although I work it just helps to not have to worry! My only downfall is the fact that once you have used your savings you can only lend £300 again no matter how consistent with payments or how long you have been a member! A bit disappointing!! And the phone lines OoooMmmmGggg awful! But overall Staff are friendly, once you do get to speak to someone, and I like the fact that with the christmas fund you can’t take your money out untill CHRISTMAS!! 🙌
