I had a MAJOR garage door problem, it was literally off the rails, nearly folded. I called Advanced home Specialties around 8:30 and by Midday, I received a call from the technician, Jimmy. Jimmy was awesome, he took his time to assess the situation and took time to try and ensure that he could save the door. To be short he exceeded my expectations, saved the door and the the bent rails. I was very pleased with his attention to the small details as he neared completion. If you have a problem with your garage door do yourself a favor, call advanced and request Jimmy, you won’t be disappointed. And the price was better than fair.
