Do NOT go here! As soon as I walked in the receptionist asked if I was cash pay because my insurance is not active??? I had just left a Doctor appointment where i used my insurance with no issues. She asked me to have a seat, after sitting there (and hearing her talk to no one and make no calls) she informs me my insurance is now active. Lol ok...I get called back and the “dental hygienist “ looks like she’s high on something bouncing all around the room she can hardly stand still. Not to mention her hair looks like she washed it with a stick of butter. Gross! I showed them the tiny bump in my mouth that I was concerned with, she said oh that’s just a little ulcer it’s not a big deal. The “dentist” comes in and insists on doing a X-ray. I state I’m uncomfortable doing one, and he just starts laying the lead vest on me and says since you’re uncomfortable we will lay two on you. At this point I’m super uncomfortable and don’t even know what to do. I feel forced into getting this X-ray to look at a tiny ulcer in my mouth.... He takes the X-ray, and shows me it... there’s no differences between my teeth... he says oh look you have a massive infection and need a root canal immediately.... and you need a deep cleaning. I’ve never had a cavity in my life, and suddenly I need a root canal and a deep cleaning? Lol! So then the receptionist lets me know my root canal, cap, and deep cleaning will be like $2500 because my insurance doesn’t cover it. But informs me of their great payment plan she just needs my social security number. I told them I’d have to think everything through and call back. As soon as I left I called my insurance & another dentist. My insurance informed me that all dental work is covered 100%. So she lied about me needing to pay them $2500.... then the second dentist told me that there is no need for a root canal, my teeth are perfectly healthy. And said a deep cleaning is completely inappropriate due to my great dental hygiene. It’s pretty scary this place wanted to do two painful invasive dental surgeries just to pocket some $$. This place NEEDS to be shut down. For malpractice and for insurance fraud! They are a joke. They are not professionals! Do not go here!!!
