Savings account is available for EVERYONE living in the EU, unlike Ferratum and most other online banks. Interest rate on savings is good, but not always the best (Ferratum is better as of 2018/06). The totally free credit card works well, BUT at least once a year my card gets blocked for no reason (fake fraud alert system) for shopping at places like Amazon and Zalando. So you need a backup card from another bank, don't rely on them! Free travel insurance actually works, so you don't get any crazy big medical costs if having an accident in the USA (I tested this by accident). The bank has zero fees, but it charges interest on cash withdrawals or if you don't pay your invoice in time. Unlike N26/Denizen and other online banks, it's a real credit card - no need to deposit a big amount of money on your card when you travel. The card is not available to all EU residents, only for people in Germany/Austria and France. Had a card with them for several years with a limit is EUR 5000, which I think is a bit low (1/10th of annual salary).
