Customer service is good, but as a bank that doesnt accept electronic payments definately a huge inconvenience, minus 2 stars. . Update they've made huge upgrades and improvements! Customer service is still amazing!

worst possible credit union-hands down!I used to think they were they best... until I lost my job. I couldn't afford to make payments to my credit card or line of credit and after only a couple of months, they canceled everything. I also had a line of credit and credit card with Bank of America at the same time and BOA never canceled anything, making reestablishing my credit and making up for any negatives easier and doable.I will adamantly and always share my experience with Aero Credit Union - they dont care about their members, only their bottom line

I've never had had a negative experience using this branch of the Credit Union during the 30 plus years that I have been going there. (This includes the years that they were outside of Metro Center mall as well.) Thanks for always, and I really mean ALWAYS, being awesome!!!

Excellent credit union! Loan rates are very attractive. Now that membership is more open, I highly recommend them. Customer service is always great too.
