Overall Feedback:
Very rude manager I went in today to get a payday loan and I’ve gotten one before and paid it back on time and he said all I can get was 100 again I was ok with that and I emailed him my stuff like I supposed to and it was sent as an attachment because it was how Ive done it before and they printed it off here no problem and he was just so rude about it stating that I had to send it as an attachment I’m like that’s how I’ve done it and then he was like I’m denied at this point I wanted to curse him out and then he was like well I just can’t help you today I’m like telling him about my bank and showing him my account is good I sent what he needed and still refused me I will never ever go back to this Albany Finance ever again and the manager he needs to be fired for having a nasty attitude and raising his voice at people that’s how you lose customers and definitely how he lost me and many people said that he’s rude with them also
