Client Review on Tongs CPA

We submitted our tax information on March 28. Mr Tong mentioned there were 11 clients ahead if us and made no mention he couldn't make the file cutoff date. The last day to file without incurring added charges was extended to the18th. I spoke with Delores on the18th and she gave every indication they would beat the cut off date without filing an extension. She said an email would be sent to our address on file. We didn't receive any follow up email,phone call or any correspondence saying they/we missed the cutoff date. I had to then call them back to ask for an explanation, and have yet to receive one. I will update this post on Mr Tongs resolve with this matter................................................ As of 5.11.18 Mr Tong has addressed my concerns and I am pleased with his resolve. I was able to explain to him my concerns and preferred modes of communication as he was able to accommodate accordingly. Mr. Tong is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable of his profession. Our initial issue was a communication problem, not a tax issue FYI. We will gladly employ his services for the next tax year.
