Overall Feedback:
Cannot express how grateful I am to the Alliance team. Responsive but not pushy. Knowledgeable but not overwhelming. Professional but all around good-hearted. This team of professionals go out of their way to get you through this process. And the best part is that they care about their clients. They won't stick you with a mortgage that is not right for you or that you can't really afford without going "house-poor". And all the paperwork...well....is daunting. I don't think I could have done this without them. There are too many examples of how they go above and beyond to name just one. If looking for a broker - this team is absolutely amazing! I don't have one bad thing to say. Not even an annoyance. And it's a long and big process so you would think I would have at least one minor irritation - just in the course of working with them so much - but nope! Thank you Alliance! I love working with you guys and I WILL be back if I ever need your services again. And I tell everyone that will listen how much you all helped me! I worked mostly with Mike and Karen but even Craig was wonderful when I called in with a question and Mike was out at a settlement. I could go on and on....but it can be summed up in one word. AMAZING!
