Updated at bottom 8/14/18 I recently decided I had enough of BB&T.. I switched to the friendly, helpful, customer focused professionals at All South ! These guys are awesome! Do yourself a favor and get rid of the "Deep Pocket" banks ... These folks are real and great! I have used 3 different branches during my travels recently and 5 stars to all.... The 3 are their VA hospital location, two notch and this office inside of wal mart ! ScottUpdate 8/14/18 5 stars for the branches hands down good people!!I called the call center a few times.. Not a good experience.. All I wanted was my debit card which took an unbelievable 10 days to reach me ... This is unacceptable .. I was told a 3rd party makes them... Maybe they need a better vendor ! When I called the call center it wasn't enough for me to verify my address, last deposit, social, address etc.. I was asked when I opened my account. I said " 2 Fridays ago"...I was told by the call center representative I had to say 2018 .. It wasn't good enough to say 2 Fridays ago. I also had to know my wife's last deposit etc..the call center gets NEGATIVE 20 STARS for being idiots...this is absolutely ridiculous....
