In regards to the corporate office in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Please do something about this! This place is an absolute horrible workplace. Extremely inappropriate senior staff (Jazmine Morales) that gets away with almost anything and everything. From showing pictures of male reproductive organs, from her cellphone (snapchat) on the floor and making inappropriate remarks towards nesting agents on the floor. Also, the human resources office does nothing to rectify the situation, claiming "majority rules," after questioning her own team members. She may be an asset because she can speak Spanish, but this has to be grounds for termination. but The main supervisor "Jeff" doesn't seem to think so. Also, the nesting agent was told By HR " not to say anything about this situation or they will lose their job" Nothing has been done, And nothing will be done by leadership in house. I'm hoping that someone higher than these senior agents And HR can solve this problem.
