Worst bank ever they have a bunch of imbeciles working there. I’m on maternity leave so I was trying to transfer money from my Bank of America card onto my debit card so I can pay my bills. This dumb heifer takes the money out of the account and says that it’s declined. Even tho my Bank of America app says the amount is pending. All she could tell me was to call the number on the back of my card. I called Bank of America and they told me Altura has to send them a fax releasing the funds and it’ll be fixed. I call Altura customer service and the idiot on the phone can’t help me. I go up to the the heifer to ask her if she can explain to the representative what she did so that they can help me. She looks at me as if she’s seen a ghost and goes to hide in the back. Comes back and tells me the supervisor can help me. I go up to the supervisor and I ask him if he can talk to the representative and he’s like I’m busy with this printer. At this point my newborn is crying so I’ve clearly lost my patience seeing that I’ve been at the bank for OVER an hour and none of these incompetent people can seem to help me. Some advice DON’T GO HERE. Now I have to wait for God knows how long until my funds show up somewhere. The only helpful person in all of this was the lady from Bank of America. No wonder these idiots only have 2 stars.

The ATM machines here are always not working or stealing cards. The staff never seem to update them or get new ones. Staff is friendly and outgoing. Make sure to come in during the week for bank related issues. It's a big mistake if you go to Altura during the weekends for they are busy.

I've been a member of Credit Unions for over 25 years and I'm very happy with Credit Unions but I found Altura to be a disappointment. Although the staff is friendly the rules and regulations are not very good for the everyday people. I moved to another Credit Union in town and found a much better way of doing things. The task of simply moving to my new Credit Union was a huge task. I couldn't simply take my money and leave. Altura made it a long process that was quite irritable. I'm much happier in my new place. I love Credit Unions and feel they are much better than a bank but I guess some Credit Unions are better than others.

The BEST staff! Manager is awesome, Tellers are great and the Receptionist's are always very polite. LOVE this place.However...I applied for a loan a few months back over the internet. It was SuPER easy and the money was in my account within a few hours! Weird :). I paid that loan off in a few months.Last week I applied for a smaller loan. After 5 days I still didn't have the money in my account. The seller sold the item I needed the loan for. I notified the Loan dept and they just cancelled it. I just wish I was told it would take a week before I wasted everyone's time.Still love Altura...they are an awesome bunch :)
