First and foremost I have been with AST for almost 10 years -- I have been approached with other systems, but nothing has compared to their product. I have even tried other systems side by side in the stores and I always find myself, going to the AST system. When it came time for us to decide on a POS system, we took many factors into account-- price/eaze of use and customer support. The latter being the most important. I love that they are so accessible, other pizzerias deal with other POS companies and have to wait hours on hold for support-- With AST they are a simple call/text away and generally respond within minutes. The other problem we faced with multiple locations was the ability to access them all remotely--thankfully the AURA dashboard allows us to do just that, we can remotely access all locations from our phone- which drastically simplifies our life. The next direction for us is to incorporate AST new EMV technology for our delivery drivers, so we can avoid charge backs on our deliveries, I am very excited for what is next with AST
