I recently made my first business purchase and worked with Lou Bellanca. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist in the entire process from start to finish. He will find the business you are interested in purchasing, answer all questions and refer the people that you need to achieve your business ownership goals. His over 20 years of expertise in business is very apparent and his calm demeanor and customer service skills are above par. I will absolutely be working with him again and would highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers.

I recently purchased a business through AMD. Stephen DePaolo was my agent. I felt the entire process went fairly well. I had never purchased a business before. Stephen helped me through the process, made sure I had my own attorney, etc. He was honest, he was available, and I'm happy with my purchase. He was never high pressure and always willing to get more information or a more thorough explanation for my questions or concerns. I would recommend AMD and Stephen.I'm giving them four stars because I never purchased a business before and I'm not sure what five stars should look like.
