ATM took my card at roughly 9:15 at night. No I did not take too long, it did not deposit money and then said it took my card for “security reasons”. This doesn’t make sense because it has my name and is mine.... the BEST part is they don’t have customer service past 8 pm and were closed so I couldn’t even talk to anyone about it. Now I can’t pay rent and run the risk of being charged a late fee or even being kicked out of my apartment. THANK YOU america first for the terrible inconvenience you caused me. Now I get to work a twelve hour shift, and run over to Walmart to “Maybe” get my card back. Walmart employees told us that the ATM has been having troubles and just a week ago a customer had a similar problem and it was a whole headache. So why is that ATM still in use? Hmmmm. Avoid this branch all together, in fact any bank that does not have 24 hour customer service is garbage.
