My debit card number was stolen on a Saturday while I was working out of town and it has taken two weeks for them to get me a replacement. TWO WEEKs without any access to my own money. Keep searching for different bank because Chase took two nights when it happened with them. It’s embarrassing having to explain to people why I still need to borrow money two weeks after my card was shut down.

I absolutely adore Amber Southard. I'll leave her last name for the staff, leadership, and upper management to recognize. She has a calming voice and excellent customer service personality to ensure me through my toughest time, that shes willing, ready and able to assist me. Her patience with my schedule, and understanding that I came to her for assistance is phenomenal. I truly appreciate American 1 CU for stability in my financial needs. I will ensure that I give a 5 star rating to anyone whom inquires. I look forward to moving ALL my finances and banking needs and requirements to American 1. Keep up the excellent service. I GREATLY appreciate this establishment. On a funny note; when can I look forward to having my mortgage transferred to American 1 or its affiliates? Just an ideal on my behalf.
