I purchased furniture from them and paid it off then got an SUV from them and paid early every month for 4 years then after numerous calls telling me to come in I'm elagable for a trade in,after seeing another SUV I liked I contacted Joe to trade in on the SUV I liked and the answer I got was we can't work with you on the vehicle I want but we can do this little car that I have no interest in, nice way to treat a 5 year customer that is always early on payments, I thought that buying a car through them they would do e erything in there power to keep my business but I guess they got bigger fish out there!!!!!!

Their good if you cant get financed anywhere else! They do in house financing wich wont report to your credit but at least they give you a chance to own a vehicle at a affordable low monthly payment. They helped me when in need and im sure they can help you.

Hi my name is Frederick Lee Hughes me and my wife went to the Fernley location yesterday and wow it was a great day went and picked out a HHR and some beds and it was great Shawna and Sandie was great and the guys that delivered the furniture to my house was awesome the one guy even came after work and droped off some bed covers I wish there was a 10 star because thats what they deserve I will always go to them for my car and Furniture needs

Nothing good about it. Vehicle started having issues after 2 weeks. NEVER BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

At first I purchased a vehicle that went out the very next day, they handled it very good and traded the vehicle. Things were good until I ended up missing a payment. They called and called and called I finally explained that I was in the hospital and I couldn't make the payment. The guys then told me HE had to talk to the finance company??? I thought it was a buy here pay here.. he then called me and told me the finance company told him that they needed proof that I was in the hospital. That I needed a letter from the doctor.. I gave the car back do then they said they needed to fill a 1099 form or whatever it is that the IRS is going to tax me 20% on my income.. o btw it wasn't on the contract.. also my buddy referred me and they didn't give him his 100 $ referral award for 2+ months... BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Dealer!!!
