Been with this bank many years and have banked with other banks also I have left others but will never leave Americu as of now only complaints I have is no rest room and issue with them wanting to charge me for not withdrawing from or depositing into an account that I have money in I find that so weird I use my main account on regular basis

I banked here for a decade and they treat me like trash whenever I call in. Long hold times, rude customer service, and recently I tried to take out a personal loan and the women told me she would "never give" a loan to a person like me. What does that even mean???!!!!Switching banks. Horrid. They have no decorum or respect for their patrons. We are a military family too but that seems to make it worse. Horrid.

Terrible. Member service refused to provide any assistance, instead they transferred me to a phone number that was disconnected. On hold forever. Very disappointing for a first time caller needing assistance.
