Nice people, and loan sale rates are occasionally excellent. I recently had an issue with their processing of an ach with no notification for 6+ weeks which exposed some fundamental flaws so I'll probably stick to larger institutions in the future.

I have been doing business with Amherst Credit Union for MANY years. The girls that work there are very helpful and courteous. I have dealt with other banks and they dont offer the warm and friendly feeling of this one. Keep up the good work girls.!!

I been a member now for over 1 year. And the service is Always GREAT. In and out within 15 min or less.Plus they always go out to be helpful and understanding if you have questions. And not seeming like there trying to rush you.Also A+ for staff ALWAYS being friendly. A RATE them better then credit unions twice there size.And there a example of bigger is not always better.
