They are amazing. They helped me with my cash out refi and it was such an easy process. Communication is excellent. I got a great rate. I hear a lot of nightmare stories and this was the complete opposite. What’s awesome is that it didn’t matter that we worked remotely. Can’t say enough about this team. They are the best.

I'm not sure how they found my information, but I received a cold call (phone) from someone at this company who said they noticed from my records (I assume it was my credit report but I'm not really sure) that I may be interested in a home loan. I've never done business with this company and have never even been to Rhode Island. The representative didn't offer up any information regarding how they knew to look for my information (ie, "we partner with ____ company you've done business with and...").This company is incredibly creepy. Doing something like this should be illegal. It's certainly invasive and unwelcome and motivated me to write a 1-star review.

Anchor Financial helped me with the closing of my home and were excellent from the start to finish. I loved working with Joe Baptista and his team of professionals. I was assigned Zach as my contact person in the processing of my loan. Both Joe and Zach were always available by phone or by email for questions or concerns I had about my loan closing. They help to make the process simple & quick and I was able to close my loan in 30 days! I would highly recommend Joe and his staff at Anchor to anyone who wants to work with a professional team working on your behalf always . Thank you Anchor Financial!!
