Called and told them my first and last name, along with my wifes and our joint account #. An African American female rep said they had no record of me, then asked if my name was Levi. It is my middle name, BUT I never told them my middle name. I only gave them my first and last name. Lying phone reps.... So I was obviously in the system, but was told i wasnt, then was hung up on after I mentioned I never said my middle name..We are transferring our $500,000+ to another credit union. APCO is very shady and doesnt allow for wealthy people to pull out more than $5,000 a day, so good luck paying cash for that new Mustang....Enjoy having people of wealth pull out of your union.
