This credit union pulls money out of your account without your permission. I have a car loan through them and recently changed jobs so it put me behind, they went in on my pay day and pulled there payment. No more direct deposits going in there!!!!

Don’t mortgage through them! First The woman that was working on closing was very rude and unprofessional. Then they transferred our mortgage to Franklin America which is the worst mortgage company in history! They keep raising our escrow for no reason, have horrible customer service, their website is always down so you can never pay the bill on time and so you incur late fees. ACFU doesn’t care what they’ve done. They say they love franklin America and we shouldn’t be having problems. Don’t do business with Appalachian community federal credit union unless you want to get screwed!

This is absolutely the worst bank to do business with one foot doesn't know what the other ones doing. They are never open when they say they are. The ladys in there are rude and hateful doesn't seem like they have any customer service skills whatsoever.

I went there to pay off a loan only 100$ and the girl at the desk Mimi was rude unprofessional lied to me said I couldn't pay off loan early then started yelling at me worst bank in the tricites canceled my account Eastman credit union is professional and kind and has never been rude like Mrs mimi

I truly enjoy my experiences with them every single time. I fell on a hard time and they helped me out a great deal. I will forever be grateful. Everyone is always so so nice! Love dealing with Haley and Lindsey. Two very amazing women.
