If it would be possible to give this HORRIBLE company zero stars I would! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They lie about their fees and charge you excessive fees. They make up their policies as they go. I called in a few months ago and talked to Robert a representative about closing my business account to see if I would get charged any fees and they said the only way I wouldn’t get charge a termination fee is if my business is closed down. Well few months after that call I closed down my business and called back to close down my account. It took me a month to get in touch with them! After getting in touch with them they still want to charge me for a termination fee even with my business closed down! They also want me to pay and return back the processing system which I PAID FOR!
