Overall Feedback:

I really like the Armed Forces Bank on Fort Leonardwood, the customer service is always welcoming and very friendly employees. I personally don't like the telebank services because my balance is hardly ever up to date or matching. The telebank service and bank are not the same. I deffinitely give the bank on post 5 stars but telebank 1 star. Please don't let the reviews stop you from getting such a convenient bank account if you live on post. I could see if you live off post then yes Navy Federal would be a convenient bank. USAA is the best but not for loans.
