Customer service sucks. They don’t care about your situation or anything. They don’t have any up to date technology meaning atm mobile depositing. IT SUCKS! THE APP SUCKS THE BANK SUCKS EVERYTHING! I’m switching banks tomorrow!!!!!

I love ArrowPointe. They are great people to bank with. The reason for four stars is they seriously need to update services. Every other bank in town has Apple Pay, and can see pending transactions. We don’t have any of that here. We were the last bank to get chip cards. Please do some modern updates for us.

Good bank.. personnel is always friendly and courteous...but they need to modernize..like more atm's in different locations..should not have wait 7 to 10 days for a card replacement cards..Please for customers sake update this bank.

Haven't been with this quite a year. But this has been the best service bank I've had by far! They are very nice from the front tellers to the loan department. They help me when I couldn't help myself.
