Mon 26 March 2018Opened account 28 Feb 2018 @ 6210 Fairmont Pkwy branch inside HEB. Later someone called cause P.O. sent back mail with debit card w bad address. I gave correct address. Didn't get card. Called 21 Mar, was told a card would be sent overnight FEDEX. When it wasn't, called today & spoke with Vanessa. When I asked why was told would be sent FEDEX she didn't know who told me that & said I would be charged $15. something for that. I wasn't told that before. I am going to the Fairmont branch & close account.Will not have anything to do with ACU again.
