Never again will I file my taxes here! I was charged $1,091 to file my taxes. I also noticed on my paperwork that my money was going to a different bank account than what I had originally approved of. I gave the IRS a call and apparently they had it sent to their account without my knowledge or permission. I have been filing with them for 3 years now and this has never happened. I am very disappointed and I will NEVER file with them again.
