Won't come back here. When I first walked in the lady at the front desk who I later learned is the manager was rude and had an attitude. I almost grabbed all of my paperwork from her and walked out but wanted to see if I could get a cash advance. Another lady did my taxes but did not properly file. She submitted my taxes without asking me about direct deposit which means I will have to wait longer for a check. I submitted a schedule c in which all of the information I needed to submit was not on. She did not ask me all of the questions needed to give me the maximum refund. I know this because I have done my own taxes on turbo tax in the past so I know all of the questions. I received cash tips which she didn't ask me about and I also paid out of pocket for gas. Also, I received an email that same night from the bank that gives cash advances. I called 3 times the next day to get information regarding the email and no one could answer my questions. I was told that the lady that did my taxes would call me back to answer my questions but she never did. Just bad customer service. Overcharge for small refunds.
