I called to ask 1 general question and spoke with Latrese , who had a very bad attitude. I was not pleased at all with the customer service she provided over the phone. Customer Service & Phone Etiquette training is definitely needed when in a customer service position. I only gave them a 1 star because I wanted to leave a review.

Slow slow slow it take forever jus to cash a check ...they take their time they are all on the phn and everything shouldn't take 20 min to cash a check ..they really don't deserve 1 start..need whole new staff

Stay Away! Just left this place & still in the parking lot. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Far too much attitude for simply asking these unkept girls to do their basic jobs! Refused to cash my check because I had an attitude after they falsely accused me of previously attempting another transaction moments before. Rude & unprofessional staff. My entire family has been coming here to handle business since the location opened & none of us will be returning. Customers keep businesses open. Staff needs a Complete makeover ASAP!
