I am an independent contractor that have been bringing checks here for years and I am sick and tired of getting my checks over scrutinized by this company when they have never got a bad check not even once on a technicality. Their service is becoming less necessary because more companies are using alternate forms to send payments so you'll think they would accept all the money they can get. I will just cash checks at the cash checking office closer to my house sense there's no point in trying to build a business relationship with this relic.

Hours of operation are from 7am til 10:30 pm Monday through Saturday! Sunday’s hours of Operation are 9am til 9pm!

The service is consistently poor, they claim to never have enough bills smaller than 50s even though cashing checks is a major function of theirs. Also they didn't cash a money order I purchased from that location. No one should use this service if he/she has other options.

I went to collect money from western union and the cashier was very very rude...she told me that it's tax season and they don't have money like that and i only can make one transaction...very poor customer service skills

This lady named Monic so rude when I got here at 10:40pm she talking about she don’t cash checks till 12:15 so I had to wait... I see why they rating so low!
