Went in yesterday for a loan (Kireem) Associate gave me a quote for **** amount. Came in today no more than 24 hours passed and he pretends to not remember me. I am now with working with the pleasant Female associate, as she proceeds with the process. She asked him what was the quote he gave me prior he claims not to remember. I tell her said amount she comes back with a quote for less than what was told to me before. I do not fault the Manager or all associates in this situation. However as Kireem seemed to have a jogged memory and such rude mannerisms. Attempting to recant his prior quote and omission of knowledge of what quote was said. I would not recommend visiting this location and if you do watch out for Kireem it appears he has shady dealings going on.

Keke, Jabar, and Kareem are lovely humans. Yes, they get paid to be at ATL Title Loans but they actually care. During any rough times they were able to assist me. Their customer service is amazing. The entire location has been amazing to work with but Keke, Jabar and Kareem are lovely and deserve a raise. They have made life easier for me and I truly appreciate them a lot.
