Overall Feedback:
ACM, hands down one of the best lenders i have come across. Being a first time home buyer, I did tons of research on mortgage loan types, interest rates, aprs, lenders, etc. After going through 2-3 other lenders, Phil was able to beat all other lenders and then some! He took his time to answer my questions, send me updated documents, keep me in the loop and made me aware of what I can get with my credit and current circumstances. Their online site for document submission and signing was quick and easy to use. Phil and his team were very responsive and were able to help me close with the lowest rate in the nation and close on time!(closed a few days early in my example as i requested it.) Plus, there were No random junk fees like other lenders sneak in. Overall very satisfied and i would definitely use Phil again in the future and recommend him and ACM to friends and family!
