This bank has the worst customer service. I only go here because it's a school account. Would never use them for my personal banking.I called twice to order checks. The first time I spoke with a woman who was talking so fast I couldn't get a word in. She rushed me off the phone.......I never received the checks. 2nd time I called, I was told there was no order. So I gave my information again......still no checks. Heading into the branch today......let's see what happens :-(
