What was the best part of the experience?
Aurus is one of the worst business I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I very rarely write reviews, but I feel like I should warn other business owners of the significant problems I have had with Aurus configured terminals. There is no good parts to share of my experience.
What would you change about the experience?
I would have never chosen to use Aurus in the first place. I am a salon owner that has multiple locations. Our salon software company switched to using Aurus for their credit card terminal integration. Of the four $800 terminals we purchased, two of the terminals had a fatal corruption error and needed to be replaced. Their help desk is like working with 3rd graders who picked up an after school job. Right now we are waiting on our second terminal that went down last weekend. It has taken them a week to configure a new terminal. I told them twice to overnight ship the device when they were complete, they just informed me that they sent it ground and it will not arrive for 5 days....Do yourselves, your customers, and your staff a favor-never use Aurus.
Overall Feedback:
My advice is to avoid working with this company. I wish I did.
