My husband and I recently bought a house and our broker was Anita in Bundaberg, and we couldn't be happier with her!! We had some sort of problem with almost EVERY other aspect of buying the house, however everything with Anita just went so smoothly. Because of my work commitments we couldn't see her during working house, so she stayed back and never once gave us any indication that it was a hassle for her (despite one appointment going particularly late). She helped us organised pre-approval for a loan and then when we wanted to change the deposit amount (and essentially start again), she didn't bat an eyelid and just went back to the drawing board. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way that both my husband and I both understand and I really couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much Anita, you really made what could have been a very stressful time run that much more smoothly.
